Understanding the nature behind our products:
All of our items are handmade, this means that small imperfections and blemishes might show on your piece(s). Our quality check is very strict, this is to ensure that all of the pieces that are sent to our clients are in the best state that they can possibly be.
For Returns or Exchanges:
All sales are final, but if by any chance your item arrives and there are major imperfections please contact us via e-mail at lasujetdesign@hotmail.com within 3 days after getting your package, so we can consider your case and find a solution to the problem.
After reviewing your request, we will work together and find the best solution that satisfies your needs and that respects our policies.
If the item needs to be replaced, we will only replace it with a duplicate of your previous ordered item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Expect a 5 business day processing time before we can mail the replacing item back to you.
Cancellations:
Only items that are regular priced will be applicable for cancellation. The cancellation must be made within 24 hours of the purchase time. Failing to do that, we will not be able to cancel the order. If you cancel within that 24 hour window, a refund will be assigned to you.
Refunds:
Only regular priced items that have been cancelled within a 24 hour window will be applicable for a refund. Please allow up to seven days for your refund to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lasujetdesign@hotmail.com.
Shipping:
Shipping to Continental U.S.A. only for now (Alaska and Hawaii not included). We will study the possibility to ship to other countries in the near future.
Please make sure you input the right address when ordering. Once the package leaves our facility it's not possible for us to change the address.
If there is an issue with the post office, please contact USPS first. If they are unable to help you, please e-mail us and we will do our best to try to help you. An important reminder about shipping is that once a package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for the handling of your item.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that will be provided via e-mail.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item or items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
